The new interior was conceived in consideration of the space’s two main functions: the architectural model demonstration and client negotiation. In the very center of a somewhat minimalistic lobby space, a large demonstration podium is placed to exhibit a model of one of the company’s real estate projects, while the rest of the interior elements are basically there to serve as a frame for this centrepeice. A series of private conference rooms is lined up along the windowed wall and separated from the rest of the office space by a light construction of metal and painted glass. The glass walls are covered with a gradient of white paint, becoming opaque at eye level creating privacy in each meeting room, while the transparent topmost section visually unites the whole office space under a single unified ceiling and helps to freely distribute daylight coming in through the windows.
